As a Staff Accountant, you will support our client's accounting operations by performing a variety of tasks, including preparing financial statements, maintaining general ledger accounts, and assisting with audits. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the financial health and integrity of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure general ledger accounts are up-to-date.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Create and post journal entries, including adjustments as necessary.
• Support the audit process and help with tax filings.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure precise financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
