Job Description

The Senior Contract Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple departments, playing a critical role in identifying, engaging, and recommending top-tier candidates for hire. This temporary position is expected to last for approximately 12-18 months and is ideal for a strategic, results-oriented recruiter with deep experience managing high-volume or specialized hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide consultative hiring support.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and industry research.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the ATS and ensure compliance with all hiring policies and employment laws.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, candidate experience, and Hope Media Group's brand.
• Support organizational goals through intentional sourcing and hiring practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions and meeting aggressive hiring timelines.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience with Paylocity is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and build trust across all levels.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and a variety of business functions or industries.
• Experience recruiting for technology, digital media, radio broadcasting, and non-profit sectors desirable.
