Sr. Manufacturing Engineer – Fort Lauderdale, FL The Opportunity Our client, a global equipment manufacturer, has hired us to find a Plant Manager for their FortLauderdale, FL location. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for components while leading continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement manufacturing processes for components and systems Lead capital projects, including equipment installation and production line modifications Drive cost reduction and cycle time improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies Ensure manufacturing processes meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards Qualifications: Required: BS degree in Engineering field 5-7 years manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in senior/leadership position Proven track record implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence Preferred: Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma principles Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing resource planning Check out our website at New employment opportunities are posted daily!
