A school district is seeking two full-time Special Education Teachers to join their team for the upcoming school year. One position will support a K5 caseload and the other a 35 caseload . Both roles involve working with students who have academic and functional needs, including reading, writing, math, social-emotional learning, and executive functioning skills.
Position Overview
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM3:30 PM
Additional Hours: Occasional later afternoons for IEP meetings or twice-monthly staff meetings
Contract: 181 days per school year
Caseloads:
Position 1: K5
Position 2: Grades 35
Student Needs: Academic and functional skill development (reading, writing, math, SEL, executive functioning)
Setting: Onsite only

Qualifications
Active state Special Education teaching license required
Experience supporting both academic and functional skill development
Strong collaboration, organization, and classroom management skills
