Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Special Education Teacher in the state of Maryland

Skills & Abilities:

• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with OHI, learning disabilities, autism, and language impairments, within inclusive classrooms.
• Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, support staff, and families to support IEP implementation and student success.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals, accommodations, and behavioral plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Utilize data-driven practices to assess student progress, adjust interventions, and ensure compliance with IDEA requirements.
