Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Hybrid (60% office / 40% field), M–F, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Travel: Occasional NV & NM

Expenses: Mileage + cell phone reimbursement

We are seeking a Network Construction Project Manager to support small cell, node, and fiber build-out projects across the Phoenix market. This role combines office-based coordination with hands-on field oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple small cell and fiber construction projects simultaneously
• Create work packages, manage schedules, and coordinate vendors and inspectors
• Conduct field visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety compliance
• Collaborate with Engineering, Permitting, Regulatory, Operations, and Project Delivery teams
• Oversee OSP fiber work (bore, trench, aerial, leased duct) and node/power installations
• Track project milestones, prepare reports, and support POs, invoices, and administrative tasks
• Deliver KPI results including on-time installs, fiber completion, and small cell LCDs

Required Experience & Skills

• Small cell/node project management experience
• Fiber and small cell construction drawing/design proficiency
• Understanding of OSP construction and metered power processes
• Ability to manage vendors and construction crews
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Excel and Smartsheet
