Responsibilities

First 90 Days (Part-Time, ~15-20 hours/week):

  • Update and edit existing website content for clarity, accuracy, and SEO best practices
  • Write and optimize blog posts focused on SaaS, CRM, and related B2B tech topics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand voice
  • Audit existing content for SEO opportunities and AI enhancement potential

After 90 Days (Full-Time, 40 hours/week):

  • Own the content calendar and SEO content strategy
  • Run content gap analyses to identify ranking opportunities
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor audits
  • Leverage tools such as Google Search Console, and SEMrush, or Screaming Frog, or Moz, or Ahrefs, AND Google Analytics to report on performance
  • Create AI-augmented content using LLM tools and optimize it for discoverability
  • Partner with product and sales teams to create high-converting content aligned with product messaging

• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, demonstrating proficiency in digital marketing strategies.

• Strong knowledge of Canva & Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator and InDesign.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO content writing, ideally within SaaS, CRM, or other B2B software verticals
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools for writing or optimizing content
  • Proven ability to independently conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content audits
  • Expertise in SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
  • Ability to write content that speaks to technical and executive audiences
  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO, metadata optimization, and content structuring for featured snippets
  • Portfolio or writing samples required (SaaS/CRM examples strongly preferred)

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with HTML or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
  • Experience working with content teams or product marketing in an agile SaaS environment
