Senior Manager – Strategy & Analytics

We’re partnering with one of the most iconic U.S. consumer brands to hire a Senior Manager into a high-visibility Strategy & Analytics team. This is a unique opportunity for former consultants or corporate strategy leaders (think Capital One, Amazon, McKinsey, BCG) to move into a mission-critical role leading transformational work across digital and physical sales operations.

You’ll drive the strategy behind how customers interact with a nationwide salesforce—whether they're browsing on a mobile app or visiting a retail store—and build the systems that ensure the right people, processes, and tools are in place to deliver exceptional experiences.

THE ROLE

Sitting within a best-in-class analytics function (50+ strong), you’ll manage a team of 5 analysts and report directly to a senior leader with top-tier consulting and industry experience. You’ll lead projects that reimagine sales performance, field operations, and customer experience—using data and strategic thinking to influence product, operations, and executive teams.

Key strategic focus areas:

• Sales performance systems : Design KPIs, accountability structures, and reporting frameworks to transform how sales teams are managed
• Digital tool implementation : Partner with product and tech to roll out in-store tools that elevate the customer experience
• Staffing and service models : Use data to define optimal customer service levels, especially during seasonal peaks
• Omnichannel integration : Ensure seamless transitions between digital and in-person touchpoints

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

This is ideal for someone who has led strategy workstreams or small teams in a matrixed, cross-functional environment—comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of shaping strategy in a business that touches millions of customers annually.

We’re looking for:

• 6+ years’ experience in strategy, analytics, or business transformation
• People leadership experience (even 1–2 direct reports is fine)
• Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on analytics mindset; SQL and/or Snowflake experience preferred
• Experience in consulting, financial services, retail, or consumer tech environments
