This role sits within the Center of Excellence team, part of the Sephora NA Strategic Sourcing organization. The COE team focuses on driving automation, data-driven insights, collaborative partnerships, risk mitigation, and supplier performance management to enable scalable and efficient sourcing operations. While the Sourcing team leads negotiations and delivers cost savings across indirect categories, the COE supports these efforts by providing the tools, frameworks, and governance programs needed to drive consistency and strategic alignment across the business. The Sr Project Manager will lead key initiatives related to Sephoras contingent workforce strategy, ensuring effective program management and alignment with Sephoras goals.
Sephora North America is hiring a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager, Contingent Workforce to lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of our contingent workforce program. Reporting to the Director of Sourcing Strategy and Operations, you will be responsible for designing policies, processes, and documentation to support an effective supplier and contingent labor strategy and ensuring ongoing functional deliverables for the program. The ideal candidate will have experience in Fieldglass, strong project management skills, and a background in contingent sourcing, contracting, and vendor management.
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000.00- $128,000.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicants qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
