Position Overview
The Senior Audit Associate will play a key role in conducting audits and providing assurance services to our clients. This position is designed for a highly skilled individual with a strong background in auditing and compliance, who is looking to enhance their expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Review audit work papers and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Supervise and mentor junior audit associates, providing guidance and support in audit procedures.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and management, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in compliance regulations and auditing standards to ensure best practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in public accounting and external audit.
• Strong understanding of GAAP standards.
• Experience with SOX compliance and internal control assessments is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
