KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations within our Consulting practice. Responsibilities Lead client engagements and work streams to plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation to delivery. This includes creating and managing project plans, status reports, RAID logs, process documentation, business requirements, and communication materials. Collaborate closely with skilled client and KPMG teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes while guiding cross-functional teams and aligning team members with project goals. Apply continuous improvement principles, including ongoing learning, process enhancement, and professional development. Use risk management approaches to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project success. Leverage AI concepts and skills to manage projects efficiently, utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure progress during transformation initiatives. Qualifications At least three years of management consulting experience leading small to medium-sized transformation projects that drive business change and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution; an MBA is preferred. Experience with transformation efforts, program management, technical projects, change management, impact assessment, and implementation. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, influence decisions, and facilitate collaboration. Understanding of testing cycles, creation of testing materials, and proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, MS Project, or Jira. Ability to travel up to 50%. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. KPMG will not sponsor visas for this role. Salary ranges are posted in accordance with local/state regulations and vary by location.
