Job Summary The UPS Store #3397 is looking for a Part Time - hourly Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join their team in Beavercreek, Ohio. This individual contributor role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers with their needs, and promoting store products and services. Compensation & Benefits The UPS Store #3397offers competitive hourly pay that will be determined based on the job candidate’s qualifications and experience. Responsibilities

• Greet customers when they enter the store and assist them with identifying the products and services best suited for their needs
• Process customer payments and transactions
• Answer customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain the store environment, stocking and organizing products, and cleaning customer areas as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of computer systems
• Professional appearance
