Location: Birmingham, MI, 48009
Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient School Secretary to join our team. This position would begin as part-time for the remainder of this school year working along side our current secretary and transition to full-time in August 2025. The School Secretary will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks of the school, including answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining student records, and managing schedules.
Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a school secretary or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
