Milton Academy seeks teachers for The Saturday Course, an enrichment program for public school children in Grades 4-8 with strong academic skills. Independent motivated students can learn compelling material in a fun environment. Founded in 1978, The Saturday Course is part of the Academy’s commitment to public/private partnerships. Ideal candidates will have experience in teaching subjects they are passionate about. Review our Sample Course List for examples of classes offered. We are seeking teachers in subjects such as animals (zoology), archaeology, astronomy, aviation, creative writing, journalism, sports science, speech, and debate. Applicants are encouraged to include a cover letter detailing the courses they are interested in teaching. Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays during the program.
