Job Title: Sanitation Associate – Graveyard Shift (Sterling Pacific Meat Company)

Location: Commerce, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM

About the Job:

Reputable meat company  is seeking an experienced and dependable Sanitation Associate to join our team on the graveyard shift . This position is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and food-compliant facility. The ideal candidate will have prior sanitation and safety experience in a meat or food production environment and be comfortable working overnight in a cold environment .

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize meat processing equipment, tools, and production areas

• Follow all USDA, food safety, and sanitation protocols

• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies

• Remove debris, mop, pressure wash, and disinfect work areas

• Maintain sanitation records and report safety concerns

• Work efficiently and independently during overnight hours

Requirements:

• Previous sanitation experience in a meat or food manufacturing facility required

• Strong knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene standards

• Comfortable working in a cold environment

• Reliable and punctual for overnight shifts

• Able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods

Required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment):

• Work Boots

• Bumper Hat

Compensation:

• $18.00 per hour

• Monday–Friday | 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM
