Job Title: Sanitation Worker - 2nd Shift
Job Description

Join our team as a Sanitation Worker on the 2nd shift where you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and safety in our food production facility. Your responsibilities will include disassembling and assembling machinery, and ensuring that all equipment is thoroughly cleaned using food-safe chemicals. As a vital part of our team, you will report to the sanitation supervisor and ensure that all machines are 100% sanitized before the next production run.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, and assemble machines and equipment after production runs.
• Utilize food-safe chemicals for cleaning processes.
• Report to the sanitation supervisor to ensure compliance and proper cleaning standards.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and production procedures.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and quality control.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Essential Skills

• 6+ months of sanitation experience.
• 1+ year of general production experience.
• Knowledge of food-safe chemicals.
• Experience in general production, sanitation, cleaning, and food manufacturing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Experience in food production and general labor.

Work Environment

Work during the 2nd shift hours from 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday. Enjoy a clean facility that smells like French fries and is temperature controlled without refrigeration. Training will occur during the first week from 6am to 2:30pm. Work 40 hours a week with optional overtime.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Muskego, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.50/hr.
