We are seeking a highly motivated  Roofing Sales Representative to join our team at  Calgary Roofing & Restoration . As a sales representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring and managing roofing projects, both from provided leads and self-generated efforts. If you're a driven, results-oriented individual who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and managing customer expectations, this role could be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Obtain your own leads through marketing initiatives, door knocking, and networking. We also provide pre-qualified leads to help you get started.
• Customer Interaction: Work closely with customers to understand their roofing needs, answer questions, and guide them through the decision-making process.
• Estimates and Sales: Measure roofing projects, create estimates, and present these estimates to customers in a clear, professional manner.
• Contract Signing: Secure customer commitments by closing sales effectively and efficiently.
• Job Management: Ensure all materials are correctly ordered and available, and conduct a pre-job walkaround with the customer to review the details.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to carry a conversation with potential clients.
• Ability to generate and manage leads independently and be self-motivated to meet sales targets.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Previous sales experience (roofing experience a plus, but not required).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong drive and motivation to succeed in sales and achieve goals.
• Must be comfortable with door knocking and engaging with potential customers in person.
