Job Description
Commercial Roofing Estimator - Canvass commercial areas, identify storm-damaged roofs, conduct inspections, and close high-value sales.
Responsibilities:
• Canvass commercial properties to identify roofs with storm damage
• Conduct thorough commercial roof inspections
• Manage the entire sales process—from first contact to signed contract
• Assist property owners in navigating the insurance claims process to secure a new roof covered by their policy
Requirements:
• Proven experience in commercial roofing sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to self-generate leads through canvassing and networking
• Willingness and physical ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
• Reliable transportation (car or truck)
Compensation:
• Top performers earn $200K–$450K+ annually
