Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse who enjoys leading and supervising others? The Community at Brookmeade wants you to apply for our Supervisor position at Meadows, our premier skilled nursing facility!

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and managing our Nursing staff at our award winning Skilled Nursing Facility. We also offer competitive pay and perks.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during shifts, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Coordinate patient care activities, including admissions, discharges, and transfers, to maintain efficient workflow.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing personnel, providing guidance on complex patient care situations and facilitating problem resolution.
• Monitor patient safety and quality indicators, promptly addressing any concerns or incidents that occur during the shift.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development of nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and infection control standards
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to patient care and shift activities.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings to enhance overnight nursing services.

*New Weekend Shift Differentials*

*2nd & 3rd shifts Fridays & all shifts on Saturdays:

Base pay + $11.50 differential= $52.50/hr

*SUNDAYS ALL SHIFTS

Base pay + $13.25 differential= $54.25/hr

Shift - 11 PM - 7 AM with Every Other Weekend Required
