Staff RN, Med/Surg, Stroke, Part-time, Nights, Piedmont Newnan, *Competitive Sign-on bonus* The 6th floor is a 38-bed medical surgical/ stroke nursing unit that cares for adult to geriatric patients. The nurses manage the care of acute medical surgical patients with a wide range of diagnoses and care needs. Through a interdisciplinary we collaborate to provide excellent, individualized care for our patients. With a goal of a 1:5-6 nurse to patient ratio and the assistance of PCTs and other ancillary departments, we work to deliver high quality patient centered care. How youll make positive change Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients. Function within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability and responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care. Requirements:
Graduate of a nursing program
New graduates of a nursing program eligible
Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or
NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification required. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: - Advance certification in field of specialty and nursing experience in hospital setting preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
