About the Role:
Join a cutting-edge team at the forefront of Industrial IoT innovation. As an RF/Antenna Hardware Integration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and validation of next-generation wireless hardware. You'll work closely with a talented team to bring up, simulate, integrate, and validate advanced antenna and radio designs, ensuring they meet world-class performance standards.
What You'll Do:
+ Support bring-up, simulation, and integration of innovative RF and antenna designs
+ Validate wireless subsystem performance against pre-defined quality metrics
+ Automate RF test equipment to streamline and enhance test cycles
+ Collaborate with RF project leads on certification processes (U.S., Europe, and global carriers)
+ Write and execute test plans based on detailed specifications
Key Skills & Tools:
+ RF hardware integration and validation
+ Antenna design and testing
+ Vector Network Analyzer (VNA)
+ Spectrum Analyzer, Vector Signal Analyzer
+ Cellular technologies
+ Python scripting for test automation
+ Familiarity with 0402 components
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with certification processes for wireless products
+ Strong understanding of RF test methodologies and performance metrics
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
