People Store Staffing Solutions is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative to work for a busy data centre in Pointe-Claire!

Job duties include:

• Preparing shipping/receiving paperwork and ordering supplies.
• Developing and maintaining liaison with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Maintaining inbound schedule and communicate with carriers when necessary.
• Monitoring customer’s inventories to ensure accuracy and that orders can be filled.
• Other duties as required.

Job requirements include:

• Must be Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written)
• Previous Customer service/Operations background
• Excellent communication and "People" skills
• Familiarity with public warehousing and 3PL operations
• Must have good computer and interpersonal skills
• Experience with WMS (SAP / Blue Yonder - working systems) is an asset
• Must be proficient with Microsoft office and Google Applications
• Clear criminal background report

Shift Timing & Schedule:

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM - Monday to Friday

Pay rate:

$25.00/hr
