Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Booking Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will plan, organize, and book travel arrangements for our valued clients.   • Training Participation: Complete comprehensive training provided by the company and vendor partners to enhance your expertise.

  • Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with various vendors to secure the best deals and offerings for our clients.

  • Problem-Solving: Showcase your problem-solving abilities by addressing any issues that may arise during the travel planning process.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA, Australia, Colombia, or Mexico.

  • Possess a computer, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet access for remote tasks.

  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and a keen attention to detail.

  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive and memorable experience for clients.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interactions with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
