Job Summary: Join the Finance & Global Business Services (FGBS)/ Technical / Legal and Communications and PR Talent Acquisition team at Amazon as a Sourcing Recruiter. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing top talent for various positions within the FGBS organization. As an FGBS TA Sourcing Recruiter, you will be responsible for building candidate pipelines, fostering partnerships, and utilizing data-driven strategies to attract highly qualified candidates who align with Amazon's culture and values.
