Responsibilities

Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant

Location/Work Environment: In facility

Reporting Structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you play a vital role in helping patients regain their strength and independence. You will:

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Address the whole patient, seeing them as individuals.
• Adapt to the needs of each patient, finding joy in the variety of work and settings.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Put patients first, ensuring they and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range

USD $30.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr. Bonus: USD $5,000.00
