Hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for a well-respected community-based healthcare center with branches throughout New York City. These centers offer quality healthcare services for the whole family. They are deeply committed to the patients and communities served. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will join a team dedicated to providing quality, culturally-competent and comprehensive community-based primary care, mental health and social services for diverse populations in underserved communities throughout New York City.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Medical Director
• Providing evidence-based Mental Health Care to our patients in an outpatient setting and Telehealth setting with multiple sites.
• Be an integral part of a collaborative care team which includes nursing staff and other services such as Health Education, Nutrition, Social Work and Behavioral Health.

Requirements:

• Current NYS license as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• 1+ years of experience as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner delivering care in a Primary Care/Ambulatory Care setting
