What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Product Owner within our ALE division. This position falls under our Product Management team and is located in St. Charles, IL. The Product Owner will be responsible for managing analysis, reporting, and tracking of initiative objectives within a specific line of business, aligning with Business Partners and/or customers to achieve strategic goals, providing product expertise for major initiatives, resolving issues across multiple projects, and balancing demands among scope, delivery targets, and stakeholder needs. Corpay will support your success by providing: Workspace in St. Charles, IL Hands-on training Role Responsibilities The role's responsibilities include: Collaborating with users and clients to understand their needs and translating them into product requirements Working with the Product Manager to define the product vision annually, quarterly, and per sprint, maintaining cohesion throughout Creating a product roadmap based on this vision Managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks based on requirements Overseeing all stages of product development, including design and implementation Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage Developing and documenting business process models for current and future states Working with the team and end-users to deliver updates and reports Participating in Scrum meetings and sprints Producing product reports and monitoring KPIs Providing product support to internal and external customers Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field Agile Certification preferred Experience managing product development in a tech environment, including application development, change management, and customer support Focus on quantifiable outcomes Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices Experience in performance tracking, milestone monitoring, and problem analysis Ability to influence change without formal authority Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Jira Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to learn quickly in a rapidly changing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Corpay, Inc.
