As a Product Manager, Insights & Instrumentation at Samsung TV Plus, you will be the driving force behind how we measure, understand, and optimize user engagement across our product. This role owns the strategy and execution of experimentation, instrumentation, and product-led insights, ensuring data is not only collected but translated into meaningful action. You will collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Business teams to establish a rigorous, insight-driven product practice that advances engagement, retention, and content discoverability. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical fluency with strategic thinking, thrives in cross-functional environments, and has a proven track record of translating data into product outcomes. Key Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end experimentation program for TV Plus, owning the instrumentation strategy, partnering with Data Science to define engagement KPIs, surfacing insights to drive product decisions, reducing ad-hoc analytics dependency, collaborating cross-functionally, evangelizing a culture of data-driven decision-making, and communicating findings to executive leadership. Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in Product Management focused on data instrumentation, experimentation, or analytics-driven product development, proven track record of designing and executing A/B tests, strong fluency with data visualization and behavioral analytics, experience collaborating with Data Science and Engineering, understanding of streaming platforms and engagement metrics, excellent strategic thinking and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree (technical or quantitative fields preferred).
