Job Title: Principal Product Manager - Mobile App

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager for Mobile App to lead our mobile strategy. This role involves creating seamless experiences connecting e-commerce, in-home design, in-store, gift registry, and content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring your vision to life.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute the mobile app strategy.
2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
3. Align product strategy, development, and launch plans with cross-functional teams.
4. Define and prioritize features, requirements, and roadmaps based on customer insights and market trends.
5. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure a unified app experience.
6. Manage budgets and timelines for timely delivery.
7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends for innovation.
8. Guide Mobile App Product Managers on strategy and execution.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years in mobile app product development and management.
• 3+ years in the retail industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle.
• Experience with native iOS and Android development.
• Experience with mobile app analytics, reporting, and agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based mobile platforms.
• Proven success in launching products and driving growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
