We are searching for a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.

This includes managing administrative, financial, and human resources functions, working closely with veterinarians and staff to foster a positive work environment focused on growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop veterinary technicians, receptionists, and support staff. Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Manage scheduling to meet patient needs within budget constraints. Oversee financial operations such as budgeting and billing, collaborating on setting and achieving financial goals.
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and feedback professionally. Maintain high standards of patient care and communication.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including inventory management and equipment maintenance, while refining policies for greater efficiency.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients, overseeing social media and website content. Expand the clinic's community presence through events and outreach programs.
• Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and labor laws, manage record-keeping, and train staff on technology use, coordinating with IT support as needed.

To Succeed You Will Need:

• 3-5 years of managerial experience, preferably in veterinary or healthcare settings.
• CVPM, CVBL, or relevant degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in P&L management and financial analysis preferred.

This role does support relocation.
