Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager with a strong focus on sales and rating. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. You will manage an existing book of business while also writing new business from referrals. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both onsite and remotely.
Compensation Package

• Hourly Rate : $30/hour
• Commission : 40% commission on all new business written
• Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package included

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a pre-existing book of personal lines accounts, including builders risk policies.
• Handle incoming referrals and convert them into new business opportunities.
• Perform quoting and rating tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs.
• Utilize the EPIC software system to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.
• Balance responsibilities between sales (50%) and service (50%) to meet company goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
• Experience : Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong background in sales and account management.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software is mandatory.
• Skills : Strong quoting and rating abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Work Ethic : Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
