Description: Growing company is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support in managing business and administrative needs. Must be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently while keeping tasks and priorities on track. Looking for someone that would be available as needed. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate calendar, scheduling, and appointments Organize and monitor emails; draft/respond as needed Handle bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks in QuickBooks Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and trackers in Excel Support daily admin operations and personal tasks Assist with travel planning, online research, and vendor/client coordination Follow up on deadlines and keep projects moving Qualifications: Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion Self-starter Compensation: $50,000-$90,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Sting Staffing Inc.
