Join the Life and Accident & Health Finance team, where you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive and timely financial information to support and enhance strategic business decision-making.
In this role, you will actively contribute to the annual budgeting and planning processes, as well as the regular forecasting activities. Your responsibilities will include detailed financial analysis, identifying trends, and providing insightful recommendations to drive financial performance. By working closely with business leaders, you will help shape financial strategies and ensure the alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate will be an individual that has Finance and P&L understanding. Other critical skills include being a good communicator (both written and verbal) and a critical thinker with an analytical mindset. The role requires participation on projects where needed.

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $71,100.00 - $116,500.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
