Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate individual to support Patient and Family Education . This role is part-time, requiring flexibility with a schedule of 3 days per week. If you have a background in pediatrics or education, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

• Manage key house-wide or multidepartmental programs to support the educational needs of clinical staff.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate continuing education programs and curriculums that meet national standards.
• Collaborate with administration, patient care services, and leadership to create effective education plans.
• Analyze developmental and educational needs while evaluating the effectiveness of educational activities.
• Design cost-effective educational programs based on sound educational principles.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Master’s Degree
• Experience: 2-5 years in a relevant field
• Supervisor Experience: None required
• Licenses & Certifications: RN or RRT

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree
• Experience: 5-10 years in a relevant field
• Licenses & Certifications: Certification/Licensure in Area of Expertise
