• Support patients in navigating healthcare processes, including appointments and services.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Work collaboratively with medical and administrative staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve issues with efficiency and care.
• Provide patients with information about available services, appointments, and follow-up procedures.• Proven experience in patient scheduling and registration within a healthcare setting.
• Strong customer service skills, with experience in a call center or similar environment.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and other administrative tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare-related certifications are a plus.
