As a Retail Stylist, you will promote sales by providing expert knowledge, superior service, styling, merchandising, and building strong customer relations with our coveted clients. These customers become friends for life! Candidates with strong passion for retail sales and a vibrant personality who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.

Must be available to work Saturdays. No evenings. No Sundays. In-Store ONLY, no remote positions. Merchandise discounts! Competitive salary and benefits.

Store Hours: 9am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and style customers
• Identify clients’ needs and help them find clothing items that fit their style and body type
• Ability to learn and convey each brands’ style
• Offer personalized styling tips
• Pick and recommend shoes and accessories that compliment clients’ outfits
• Answer customers’ questions about specific brands or styles
• Inform customers about fashion trends
• Suggest alternative outfits and colors to create unique looks
• Promote quality service by meeting organizational standards and promoting a productive and positive workplace
• Ensure proper product presentation and stock replenishment
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Remember loyal customers’ names, sizes, and preferences, and maintain friendly relationships - follow-up is key.
• Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store

Skills

• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Proficient in various Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships with customers, as well as team members
• Able to work as a team
• A true commitment to excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• 3-5 years of retail sales required; college degree preferred
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Basic math skills sufficient to complete orders, calculate inventory, and manage cash registers
• Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel and carry products in order to perform and cover all workfloor duties
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example
