We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder & CEO of two growing businesses in executive search and HR technology. This is not a routine admin job — you will be a thinking partner who anticipates needs, solves problems before they happen, and frees up the CEO’s time for strategic priorities. You’ll work closely with the founder on both business and selected personal matters, with a focus on making things happen, removing friction, and keeping priorities on track . Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Priority Management Proactively manage and optimise the CEO’s schedule, ensuring priorities align with business goals. Anticipate upcoming needs and prepare briefing notes, background research, and documents in advance. Filter requests, follow up on outstanding actions, and keep projects moving without constant prompting. Operational & Project Support Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal team members to deliver on commitments. Help plan and manage events, meetings, and strategic projects. Draft professional correspondence, proposals, and presentations. Business Leverage Identify smarter ways to work — streamline processes, spot bottlenecks, and suggest improvements. Monitor deadlines, key dates, and priorities so nothing falls through the cracks. Handle selected personal tasks to allow the CEO to focus on business priorities. Strong track record in managing multiple moving parts with minimal oversight. Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
