As we continue to grow, we are seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and optimize our digital marketing efforts. About the Role: This role is ideal for a highly skilled digital marketer with experience in luxury marketing, yachting, real estate, or high-net-worth clientele. You will be responsible for running paid ad campaigns, optimizing SEO, managing email marketing, and tracking analytics to drive sales and brand awareness. Develop and manage Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube ad campaigns to generate leads. Implement retargeting strategies to engage potential yacht buyers and sellers. Optimize landing pages & conversion funnels for lead capture. Improve organic search rankings for listings and high-intent keywords. Optimize website UX/UI for better conversions. Manage blog content and on-page SEO improvements. Plan and execute email campaigns & newsletters featuring listings and market updates. Manage content strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube growth. Develop creative assets and coordinate video & social media content production. Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track campaign effectiveness, ad spend ROI, and lead conversion metrics. Optimize marketing efforts based on performance insights. Provide regular reports on engagement, traffic, and lead quality. Who You Are: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in luxury, yachting, real estate, or high-net-worth industries. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and website optimization strategies. Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar). Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot. Strong copywriting and content marketing skills. Bonus Skills: Video editing & content creation for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Previous experience in yacht, real estate, or luxury brand marketing. Knowledge of marketing to high-net-worth (HNW) clients and investors. Work with a fast-growing luxury yacht brokerage serving high-net-worth clients. Competitive pay with performance-based bonuses.
