Soliant Health is seeking an Overnight Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist 7-On/7-Off | Massachusetts to join a 175-bed community hospital, providing critical overnight pharmacy coverage. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced inpatient pharmacist who values a consistent block schedule and enjoys working in a collaborative hospital environment.

Position Details:

Responsibilities:
Verify medication orders for safety, accuracy, and appropriateness
Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff during overnight shifts
Consult with physicians and nurses on optimal medication therapy
Perform pharmacokinetic monitoring and dosing adjustments
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and best practices
Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts pharmacist license
Minimum 5 years inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills
Overnight hospital experience preferred
