Our MSO provides non-clinical services such as HR, staffing, billing, and operations, so you can focus on what matters most: patient care.

This model gives you full clinical autonomy while we handle the business side. You'll have input on staff selection and maintain oversight of all medical decisions. We provide the tools, technology, and team support to help you deliver innovative, high-quality care.

At Kulture Managing, we believe every patient deserves to be heard. As part of our team, you will:

> Assess patients’ symptoms and concerns to create personalized treatment plans.
> Prescribe medications and adjust care as needed through regular follow-ups.
> Collaborate with other medical professionals for well-rounded care.
> Offer emotional support and coping strategies to improve patients' quality of life.
> Keep accurate and detailed records using EMR/EHR systems.
> Diagnose and treat conditions related to the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck.
> Perform head and neck surgeries and provide post-operative care.
> Interpret diagnostic tests, including hearing and imaging studies.
> Educate and support junior staff when needed.
