Orthodontic Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality orthodontic appliances using state-of-the-art
3D printing and
computer-aided design (CAD) technology in our in-office laboratory. You will collaborate closely with our orthodontists and clinical team to ensure optimal patient care and treatment outcomes.
Responsibilities: - Fabricate a variety of orthodontic appliances, including retainers , aligners , and other custom appliances, using 3D printing and CAD software .
- Operate and maintain 3D printers , scanners , and other laboratory equipment.
- Perform digital scans of patients' teeth and oral structures.
- Provide chairside assistance and instruction to patients on the use and care of orthodontic appliances.
- Maintain accurate records of lab work and patient information.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards .
- Collaborate effectively with the orthodontic team to achieve outstanding patient results.
Qualifications: - Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, orthodontists, and team members.
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks , manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for working with cutting-edge technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for orthodontics .
- Prior experience as an orthodontic lab technician or dental assistant is preferred, but not required.
