1. Geriatric Primary Care, patients aged 60+
2. 8-12 patients per day, robust administrative and clinical support allows you to focus on providing quality patient care
3. Outpatient only, flexible weekday schedule - little to no call, phone only
4. Competitive compensation package that includes a base guarantee and Quality Bonus of up to 20% of base, $20k Sign on, relocation, loan forgiveness
