Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various online channels. This position is full-time and can be done remotely from anywhere in US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through email, live chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online or remote setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using various online communication tools and platforms
- Knowledge of architectural panels and steel products is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be located in US and able to work full-time during regular business hours
