Position Overview:
As an Online Chat Representative (Help Agent) at KMP Corp, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide information on our products and services. Your role is critical in offering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound customer inquiries via live chat, providing prompt, helpful, and friendly assistance to resolve their issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by providing step-by-step guidance, product information, and solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and services to accurately communicate and assist customers.
  • Documentation: Log customer interactions, document issues, and provide feedback to the team on recurring problems to improve services.
  • Escalation Management: Escalate unresolved issues or complex inquiries to the appropriate department or supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns effectively and professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in customer service, communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, especially in live chat or online support, is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
    • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Comfortable working with live chat tools and customer service platforms.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
