NOW HIRING: Office / Administrative Assistant

Location: Bayonne, NJ

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 AM – 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM – 5 PM

Pay: $19–$20/hr

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and customer-service driven? This Administrative Assistant opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys being the backbone of a busy leasing office. You’ll handle key office functions, greet visitors, support leasing consultants, and help keep operations running smoothly. Professional attire is required.

Administrative Assistant Duties

• Fielding incoming phone calls and routing messages
• Setting and managing appointments
• Filing, light data entry, and general office support
• Preparing coffee and maintaining a welcoming front office environment
• Providing customer service to residents and visitors
• Supporting leasing staff as needed with paperwork and community tasks
• Maintaining a neat and professional office appearance

Ideal Candidate Has

• Prior office/administrative or receptionist experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Dependable transportation to and from work
• Professional attitude and attire
• Willingness to assist in other areas of the community as needed
• Software knowledge a plus (Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, etc.)
