Qualifications Required:

1. Part-time availability at 20-25 hours / week , Mon - Fri

3. Must be proficient with Facebook, Instagram, Snap chat
4. Must have basic computer skills (word, office, excel, etc)
5. Be organized and detail oriented
6. Display excellent problem-solving skills
7. Extremely Dependable
8. Punctual
9. Excellent Phone Etiquette with ability to deliver outstand customer service

Marketing and Follow up with clients and prospects through

1. Emailing,
2. Texting
3. Mailers
4. Calls
5. Answering Phones
6. Posting Social Media Ads
7. Marketing Promos

Servicing Existing Clients

1. Processing Changes
2. Taking Payments
3. Problem solving
4. Customer service
5. Scheduling appointments
6. Data entry and scanning files

Keeping Office Protocol and Structure

1. Keeping office clean
2. Greeting Clients
3. Team Player
4. maintaining office culture
