\nKelly is hiring experienced MIG welders for a Powersports Manufacturer who is a global leader in the industry. These positions are contract to hire and provide a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with an outstanding company

\n Pay : $22.34
\n 2nd Shift available - 2 p.m. – 10 p.m. or 3:30 p.m. – 11 p.m. Monday – Friday
\n

\n What does a typical day as a Welder include?\n

\n\t
• Perform the MiG welding process on mild steel on assembly line or work cell as required to meet all quality standards and specifications.\n\t
• Perform Weld Tasks to Standards.\n\t
• Perform Arc and Mig welding on steel materials for RANGER or Slingshot production.\n\t
• Ability to be trained on specific weld process standards and arc monitor systems.\n\t
• Perform welding tasks based on production schedules.\n\t
• Perform quality testing and documentation as required.\n\t
• Focus on Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery. \n

\n Needed Skills & Qualifications: \n\n

\n\t
• High school diploma or GED.\n\t
• One plus years of industry/MIG Welding experience. \n\t
• Ability to lift to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.\n\t
• Ability to bend, twist, turn, kneel, and squat with repetitive use of upper extremities.\n\t
• Work safely around moving equipment, power tools, and industrial vehicles.\n\t
• Ability to read and understand routings, work orders and production reports necessary.\n\t
• Will be required to wear the proper safety equipment and follow all safety guideline.\n
