Job Description
Your primary role as Medical Scribe includes accessing past medical records, lab results, processing lab specimens, and handling prescription refills. Experienced in working closely with our providers to accurately input patient information/history into the EMR system. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. The job also requires being assigned to other locations when coverage is needed. Experience preferred. However, we will train the right candidate.
In addition to your role as a medical scribe, you will also support the front desk operations. Duties include registering new patients, managing check-ins and check-outs, collecting co-pays, answering phones, verifying patient eligibility, and providing any necessary assistance to patients.
