Medical Scribe
Washington DC
Pay From: $22 per hour

MUST:
The medical scribe needs to have the following:
Scribe experience
Strong medical terminology experience
EMR experience
Documenting patient encounters
Managing and updating medical records
Ensuring documenting is complete
Strong attention to detail
Bachelor's Degree preferred will take HS diploma with good experience

DUTIES:
The duties of the Medical Scribe include but are not limited to the following:
Work with providers to ensure accurate documentation
Document patient encounters including patient histories, physical exams procedures and treatment plans
Manage and update patient records
Document and update patient interactions and information in EMR
Ensure documentation is complete
Provide administrative support
Ensure clinical documentation meets legal, regulatory, and institutional standards
