Master Esthetician/Medical Esthetician
Part-Time evolving to Full-Time

Our medical spa provides a full-service skin care clinic which focuses on a non-invasive approach with the latest FDA-approved technology to ensure better and faster results when it comes to rejuvenating skin, bodysculpting, improving impurities, and so much more.

We are hiring a talented, energetic Medical / Master Esthetician that is customer focused. The candidate must have demonstratable experience in a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including focused Skin Consultations, Facials, Chemical peels, Body Sculpting, Micro Needling and Lasers. Candidate should have a strong track record in productivity, treatment package sales and products and a mature, calm demeanor.

Job Duties:
- Perform professional skin consultations
- Skillfully administer the various skincare treatments.
- Perform Hydrafacials, Micro-Needling, RF Micro-Needling, Chemical peels, Laser Hair Removal, Body Sculpting including CoolSculpting and Emsculpt, IPL/BBL treatments
- Prescribe appropriate skincare regimens for each patient based on their unique needs.
- Work closely with the administrative team on optimizing schedules and procedures.
- Must be willing to work two Saturdays per month.
- Must be willing to work extended hours at least one - two days a week (7 or 8 pm)
- Be a team player and fill in for help when needed by other team members
- Work Location may be at either location Fishers or West Carmel/Zionsville

Job Types: Part-time
Average Pay: $55,000 to $100,000 annual (from part-time to full-time)
Schedule:
- 4-8 hour shift - Flexible

Experience:
- Medical Aesthetics: 3 to 5 years (Preferred) 2 year minimum required
- Proficient in medical grade facials, peels body sculpting, micro-needling, laser hair removal & photo facials
